I hope all your rumors lay to rest.

DEC. 26/01:
Hear is some news straight from the Officail HalloweeN site:

On January 21, 2002, Anchor Bay will be releasing the HALLOWEEN 4 and HALLOWEEN 5 DVDs in the U.K. These editions look to contain most of the same features as the recently released Special Edition version available here in the States. Thanks the 'John Carpenter's Halloween' page for the info.

Mike lets us know that Nick Castle -- the original Michael Myers -- has directed a TV-movie called TWAS THE NIGHT, about a 14-year-old boy and his uncle who take Santa's new high-tech sleigh for a joyride and almost ruin Christmas. Thanks to the IMDB for the storyline.

NOV.07/01:
Sorry I haven't updated for so long. To tell you the truth there ain't squat about Hall8weeN all i found was this little thing about Hall8weeN on HalloweenMovies.Com:

Phil Nutman, writer of the HALLOWEEN comic books produced by Chaos!Comics, informs us the script for the recently published HALLOWEEN III (co-written with Daniel Farrands) is being auctioned for charity as part of Nutman's 2nd annual fund raiser for The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Two pages of rare original art are available, too. To bid, and for further information, visit the Official Philip Nutman Website.

OCT.28/01:
1: Over at trhe offical site: HalloweenMovies.Com they have a download of the Halloween H2O: Behind the scenes download, check it out it's pretty cool, other then that there's nothing else.

OCT.20/01:
It seem that the actual house used as the Wallace house is being gutted. Many people have started petitions against it but i'm afraid there no good. The complete story is at The Myers Museum

OCT.3/01:
The Hall7weeN H2O DVD is coming out in the UK on October.22/01. I got one question why don't they stop making HalloweeN redues and actually put out the Hall6weeN Producter's Cut!?

In other news Hall8weeN director Rick Rosenthal will be on the Sci-Fi channel's short film Exposure it is about his film The Obit Guy. Surew it wasn't that good but there might be something about Hall8weeN (You never know) It will air October 14th at 12am EST.

SEP.28/01:
I have found some of the tagline of Hall8weeN from IMDb.com there pretty cool but I'd still have to say my fav is the alternate tagline for Hall6weeN.

Evil can't be destroyed. You can burn it. Bury it. Lock it away, but Evil Never Dies (My Fav of H8 tagline).

Evil Never Dies

Michael's Work Isn't Done in Haddonfield Yet.

Evil Comes Home.

He's back for more...

This Year He's Coming Home!

SEP.26/01:
There is a new interview with Rick Rosethal at Compuserve About Hall8weeN other then that there's nothing else new and Hall8weeN is slowly coming up to Spring 2002.

SEP.16/01:
Heres a message Biancia gave about the World Trade Center and Pentagon.

hey everyone,
Well, I have departed LA for a few days to spend some time with my mother and sister. I feel that it is best to be with family right now, to appreciate those closest to us and to be surrounded by comfort. My heart goes out to all the victims and their families, I hope that you have all been blessed by the sound of your loved ones voices on the other end of the phone. Normally, I would be writing to answer your questions, but I hope at this time, you will undertand if I don't. Instead, I would like to ask YOU all for any ideas you have to express our support for those affected by this tragedy. Even if it is just to comfort eachother. I wish you all the best, I pray that you have found comfort in family and friends, and I send all my love to each of you. all my heart, B

Don't You Just Love Her! And Here's a little thing she said on Hall8weeN with other stuff included :-o :-)

first and foremost, I just want to say hello to everyone and let you know that I am so grateful to have such lovely fans. And now to answer some of your questions! My birthday is March 26th. Yes that makes me an Aries, and yes that makes me stubborn! Next, I'd have to go for those sexy boxer/briefs like Calvin Klein makes.....and extra points for a man who wears boxers with cutesy designs on em! That takes balls(no pun intended). Lastly, I cannot give away much about HALLOWEEN 8, but I will say this: do not believe anything you've read on the web....my mom has emailed me all of them, and they are all false. People sure get their facts mixed up. remember this......we are very much aware that there are die hard halloween fans of all ages out there. We tried very hard to make a movie that would please you all, and hopefully we succeeded. Most importantly, I realize that the most important factor in every one of these movies is the man himself. I believe that Brad Loree has outdone himself in presenting the best Michael Myers since Halloween. Once again, thank you all for your continued support, I am flattered beyond words and wish the best to each and everyone of you.
yours truly, bianca

Calvin Klein huh? lol! :-)

AUG.25/01:
There is news that The Hollywood Reporter reported that Danielle Harris (Jamie Lloyd in HALLOWEEN 4 & 5) "has received a status bump on the CBS/Paramount Network TV drama 'That's Life,' where she was recurring during the second half of last season as Plum, a rich college student and the girlfriend of Paul DeLucca (Kevin Dillon) ... On the big screen, Harris has been seen in such movies as 'Urban Legend' and 'Daylight.' She is repped by Karen Forman of Metropolitan Talent Agency and Sager Management."

AUG.24/01:
Here is a little bit of info that I find very good NOW I'M GLAD IT'S COMING OUT NEXT YEAR:

hey everyone! Well the news is out....and to tell you all the truth, I think this is a good thing! Rick Rosenthal and everyone at Miramax and Dimension Films want to make sure that they will give you a thrill to remember. I am proud that they are taking the time to do this movie right, and I love some of the new ideas that they've come up with. Be patient and know that this movie will be well worth the wait. I don't want you guys paying your .00 for anything less than the best. to answer some of the other questions, my favorite Halloween movies are definitely I and II. They are both horror classics and it was an honor working on 8 with Rick. Michael Myers scares the living @#*% out of me! So you see, no acting was really necessary. Hope y'all had a great weekend, now it's back to the daily grind!
all my love, B

This is real! I got it from:

HalloweeN 10: Michael's Curse (this one could be H9 or H10).

AUG.18/01:
Here is a little message from Rick Rosenthal:

"Ever since Paramount re-shot the ending of FATAL ATTRACTION and it became a huge hit, studios have become great believers in tinkering with the finale of a film, trying to make sure that the ending is a home run and the audience leaves completely satisfied.

I think when the film is released next year, audiences will agree it was well worth the wait!"

I can't wait until next year!

AUG.18/01:
I am setting up a petition for the release date of Hall8weeN and I will give you more news on it later.

Well the truth is out and it's not good Hall8weeN will be released in Easter 2002 (Right from Moustapha Akkad's desk):

The meeting's over and the "OFFICIAL" word is that HALL8WEEN has been delayed to an Easter 2002 release.

I got one question WHY! If you want to complain right to either:

AUG.16/01:
There is a rumor about the release date of Hall8weeN there are rumors that it might even be next year!
AUG.11TH:
RUMOR:
There are rumors going around that there will be Michelle Williams and Charles Cyphers back for cameos, meanwhile they are still in the editing prosess.

AUG.10TH (CONTINUE):
Straight from Mr. Akkad's office:

Mr. Akkad is denying all allegations that he is not pleased with the film, according to the Canadian source. There was no rough cut at that time [when he was in Canada], therefore making it impossible for him to comment.

So all you guys spreading those rumors shut-up, you guys are pissing a lot of people off especially Moustapha Akkad!

AUG.10TH:
RUMOR:
I heard that Hall8weeN might move 2 weeks back to October 5, 2001
I found another article on Hall8weeN:

Moustapha Akkad, series "overlord," is in a bit of a tussel with Paul Freeman, who is producing his fourth film. Akkad wants to hold off the film until next year and use a different script, having taken fan reactions of the story to heart. However, Freeman wants to shoot with what they have and get it out this October. (Freeman also rushed the shoot of Halloween: H20 and altered much of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers.) Right now, however, it appears Akkad has the favor of Miramax. He has pitched a separate story which would tie the entire series (minus Halloween III: Season of the Witch) into the same world of thought. While known for being stubborn, Disney has given the early thumbs-up to his story, as it has the potential to "set the world on fire the same way Scream did," or so says an employee at Trancas International. I felt that this would be good news to fans, who have been consistently negative toward the story and screenplay".

AUG.9TH:
I've finally found a little article in the Vancouver Sun about Moustapha Akkad (everybodys favorite executive producer):

Moustapha Akkad, eminence gris of the Halloween movies -- he has been executive producer on all of them -- still finds it amusing that a small picture he agreed to produce in 1978 for director John Carpenter, with a budget of ,000, grossed million and created the Halloween franchise. And that franchise doesn't seem to have an end in sight. As a kid in Aleppo, Syria, Akkad became a huge fan of Hollywood movies (especially those by Alfred Hitchcock) and at 19, in the 1950s, saved for a year to buy a plane ticket to Los Angeles in order to study film at UCLA. "I was the joke of the town," says the elegantly dressed 60-something producer, his accent still thick, fragrant tobacco swirling from his pipe. Akkad was inspired to study at UCLA by a teacher at his city's American school. He had graduated and was shooting his epic film Lion of the Desert with Anthony Quinn and Oliver Reed, when Carpenter first approached him with the low-budget Halloween script. Only mildly interested, he asked Carpenter to explain the movie's story. "He said it in four words: 'Babysitter killed by bogeyman.' That did it. Not the 'bogeyman', the 'babysitter'."
"Because every kid in America has a babysitter and therefore they could relate to the screen. "And I said, 'Okay, we'll do it.' " Akkad added ,000 of his own money, and off they went. "We came in on time and on budget and grossed million. Oooooh," he says, his eyes rolling at the memory. Halloween 8, Akkad explains, will affect the audience in a similar way to Orson Welles' The War of the Worlds, his famous 1938 Halloween night "invasion-from-Mars" radio broadcast. I remind him that the broadcast got Welles into a heap of trouble. "I hope not," Akkad said with a chuckle. In this movie, the lead character, Michael Myers, whom Laurie apparently killed in H20, comes back from the dead, this time to kill her. But Akkad obviously hates to see the demise of any of the franchise's characters, especially Myers.
"This Michael Myers I love, he's really a blessing. They want to kill him, I don't want to kill him, he's my favourite."
So, can we expect more Halloween sequels?
Akkad obviously plans to keep going. "I'll stop at 22," he adds, with a mischievous grin.

You Can read the rest of it on:
http://www.vancouversun.com/newsite/entertainment/010523/5034676.html

AUG.9TH:
This is an Interview strsaight from darkhorizons.com revealing a lot more info!!!:

"First of all, Akkad is VERY pleased with the film. Rick Rosenthal proved to make a fantastic Halloween film for Dimension films that is superior to any of the Halloween sequels. The film is now going to be released on October 5th however, because the studio requested a few lines dubbed over because they didn't like them as well as newly shot scenes involving added chararacters, such as Michelle Williams' character of Molly and Charlie Cyphers who played Annie's father in the original, who were gracious enough to lend their talents to the screen once again. The trailer was approved by the MPAA last week and will begin showing in theatres Friday, August 10th attached to "The Others" and selected prints of "American Pie 2". The reason for the delay of the trailer was because of copyright issues dealing with a song featured in the trailer".

So I guess that means Hall8weeN will open on Oct.5TH! Michelle Williams and Charlie Cyphers are back too (I wonder if either of them get killed?)(this is still just a rumor until it is revealed on the offical site).

RUMOR:
In other news there is a rumor that They are changing the name of Hall8weeN...from what I hear the movie is now called this:

"Halloween 8: Murder On Demand"

AUG.7/01:
Might be a RUMOR:
There is talk around the internet that the title is not Hall8weeN: HomecominG but:
Hall8weeN: Dangertainment.com

A actor from Hall8weeN also said it in an interview (he'll be on Americain Pie 2- You figure out which actor). Could HomecominG just be a working title?
To see the interview go here:

http://pub86.ezboard.com/fhalloweenseriesfancommunityfrm4.showMessage?topicID=408.topic

It's the 3rd paragraph.

AUG.5/01:
RUMOR:
I have seen some news on the net that says if they release a Hall9weeN that it will bring back the Thorn curse (YES!!!I always thought Hall6weeN was the scariest one). And there WILL MOST LIKELY be a poll on the offical page (http://www.halloweenmovies.com/) That will deturming if will or won't bring Michael back.
I say make more HalloweeN movies we need to keep one 80's slasher in the movies (The only other one is Jason but who remembers him anymore). In other news there is a RUMOR that Hall8weeN will not be out on September but somewhere in October (remember just a rumor). If they do make more HalloweeN movies I hope they get George Wilbur back (Hall4weeN, Hall6weeN) He was definantly the best Michael Myer (And he looked the best in the costume too). Here are some more Hall9weeN, and HalloweeN 10 titles:

HalloweeN 10: H3O 30 years later (?)

HalloweeN 10: Michael's Return

Hall9weN: Haddonfield Horror

Hall9weeN: The Curse Of Michael Myers part II (I guess they thought this one since the rumor about Hall9weeN going back into Thorn)
